Sean Marks, the general manager of the Brooklyn Nets, announced in a news release
they are continuing their collaboration after an eventful offseason in which Durant wanted out
Brooklyn and the Nets actively pursued trade offers for the 12-time All-Star.
In order to develop a dependable franchise and bring a championship to Brooklyn,
Marks remarked, "We are concentrating on basketball."
On Monday in Los Angeles, Marks, Nets head coach Steve Nash, Brooklyn owners Joe Tsai and Clara Wu Tsai met with Durant
Durant's business manager Rich Kleiman and came to an agreement.
The Boardroom, the online media network owned by Durant and Kleiman, were both featured in the news release
shared on the Nets' Twitter account.
