Dr. Anthony Piña is Dean of Online Studies at Sullivan University in Louisville, Kentucky. He has taught at Northeastern Illinois University, La Sierra University, California State University at San Bernardino, Rio Salado College, and Brigham Young University. He is the author of one book on distance learning, 18 scholarly publications, and is on the editorial board of two refereed journals. He has presented papers at over 100 educational conferences and workshops and has held various leadership positions in professional associations. He has received 16 development grants and has served as a consultant for Fortune 500 corporations, small businesses, educational and government agencies, and the U.S. Military. He holds a Doctor of Education degree from La Sierra University and Master of Education and Bachelor of Arts degrees from Brigham Young University. He is a happily married father of six and has served in various church callings, most recently as high priest group leader.
